We will check with you all the details, such as size, material, function, etc. before working on a rendering. Normally we will provide rendering in 3-5 working days. Urgent cases are also supported. If needed we can sign an NDA with you.

Hopefully you could provide at least two production samples. It will help us calculate a more accurate cost and shorten the quotation time.
If production samples are not available, please provide us with similar items for analysis.

For an existing product, we will evaluate and provide quotation within 3-5 working days based on the provided samples. A cost breakdown will be provided if needed.
For a new project we need to work on the rendering and structure, which takes 5-7 working days. A cost breakdown with tooling list (if needed) will be provided in another 3-5 working days.

Please let us know the quantity needed for the white samples / mock up samples / pre-production samples/ production samples during the project process. 
Normally we will provide 2 white samples, 1 mock up, 1 PP sample, and 1 production sample if needed..

Yes for sure. We will advise on how to properly protect the product in a most cost-effective way. Be it shipped with loose cartons or with pallets, we will offer satisfaction based on ample experiences.

Please find the following timeline for reference. Lead time may vary per order. Please talk with your Project Manager for a more specific time upon order confirmation.

Kindly inform us in advance of the inspection time, standards, quantity and other necessary information if a third-party inspection is required. Do not hesitate to let us know if you have additional requirements. We will provide you with effective suggestions for different situations.

• For mock up sample orders, 100% payment in advance is required.
• For tooling orders, 70% down payment is required, and balance is due upon pre-production sample approval.
• For production orders, we require a 30% deposit and balance before delivery.

*The down payment can be discussed if the order reaches a certain amount.

That depends on the item. For example, if RoHS is required the MOQ would be 5,000pcs.
